I have not met anyone at my current job like that, but at my last job I had someone like that.
He was a jamaican guy, and me and my co-workers were in the accounting office. No one could get in without a key, and there was a little door with a sliding glass window. He would stick his head in the window and almost try to come into the room and just start talking, and calling all of us names, and just being SOOOO rude and obnoxious. I literally hated to see his face everyday.
