I'll start! I hate being alone at night. I start to convince myself of all sorts of crazy things (people breaking in, bugs, mice, ghosts etc.) It's so crazy what my mind is capable of. There's a lot of other things but I don't want you girls to think I'm a complete mental case

I have anxiety about money and bugs. I'll lay in bed trying to go to sleep and if the thought of a bug comes into my mind, I cant get it out. I think of all these scenarious of different bugs crawling on my bed and what not

OMG.. Spiders!! I always feel like they are out to get me. We always get huge ones in our house and I will scream at the top of my lungs..
I also hate the dark and think someones trying to break in or get me.

I think I have too many to list! Large crowds, like tight clubs, the city on NYE I could never do it, tight elevators...will let it pass and wait for the next one! lol, claustrophobic omg it's awful...I think it can go on and on!

flying. its actually really bad... i have xanax to kock me the F out if i have to fly.
it really suucks tho b/c there are SO many places i want to go - but i begin to freak out about the flight... hence why i have xanax now.... i would like to get hypnotized (sp?) b/c its really bad

I have the dying one too! Although they say if someone has anxiety they usually have anxiety about dying.

Same here and I'm really scared of DH dying and being left alone. I watched the movie PS I love you last weekend and just lost it because it was my fear. DH looked at me like I was NUTS.

car accident, something happening to DH or myself.....something happening to our dog.....ummm thats about it.....i get anxiety sometimes in crowded places but it depends...not in bars or clubs - but being in a hot crowded store or on a train or bus bothers me....doing things by myself makes me nervous too - like going to certain places alone im trying to think of an example - like say, going to get my passport - i wanted to go with DH, not by myself - so when its important stuff i like to have someone with me....

OMG I watched that movie while DH was in Iraq probably not the best thing to watch I was balling. I was so fearful that he was going to leave me here alone. It was bad. I think I was more worried about that during his time in Iraq than anything else. It was a little crazy.
I also think like 'what comes after death'?? no one knows and I don't want to experience it anytime soon but that's what gets to me. That once I die I am gone forever.

I also get it in crowded places. The subway is the worst, especially in the heat.

Better question for me is what do i not have anxiety about!
Car accidents Large crowds( afraid of being trampled!) Cancer ( and any kind of doctors appointments) Airplanes ( just the thought of being on one) Speaking in Public

Yes, add that one too! Um, I guess I won't watch that movie then. I don't need to think about that any more than I aldready do.

elevators and tight spaces with large crowds. Like a tiny supermarket with people and shopping carts ramming into you does not sit well with me.
Oh and flying but I have been learning how to deal with that - drinking a ton before getting on a plane and popping some benedryle (sp)

Going under overpasses in bad weather(I got slammed with ice last hear and it broke my windsheild and dented my hood)
