ST PATTYS DAY ~ Q of the D

we all love our DHs - thats for sure!! but everyone needs 'me' time once in a while... time to just be by ourselves and do whatever we want

so here is the Q of the D.....

when you are having 'me' time... what is your favorite thing to do by yourself?!

if its the summer...go to the beach
if not a massage or just reading a book

I enjoy just being home alone. not speaking to ANYONE!!!

Or sometimes I enjoy driving around, listening to music. It helps clear my head as well lol

I love catching up on my DVR! When we got back from vacation, DH went back to work but I had a few days off.

I watched 7 episoes of General Hospital, 7 episodes of Oprah and at least 2 episodes of all of my other shows all back to back and cleaned out my queue it was great!

If I am all caught up on my TV, I enjoy reading something on my Kindle!

OH yes ITA!! there are a few shows that i watch that DH cannot STAND haha so i love when im home alone i get to watch them without hearing him complain lol

DH works nights and leaves around 10:00. I love catching up on my reading when he leaves. I cant ever read when he is home. He complains about the lights and trys to talk to me

I love to cross stitch WHILE watching my shows that DH hates LOL (its easy for me though b/c he isn't home 4 nights a week and I can watch what I want)

I also love to read. And once it gets nice outside I fully intend to cross-stitch and read outside in the sun

I have wayyyyyy too much me time. I dont work during the weeks and DH does. So Im alone alll morning and afternoon. Im so bored with me time already

I like to read. I also LOVE to go to the beach by myself.... just me and sometimes my ipod.

My perfect day out...

Pick up Starbucks..drive to Southampton, have lunch at Barristers. Walk around town. . . Go into Book Hampton.

Other things to do:

Shopping, coffee and a good book at starbucks, getting my hair, nails, or pedicure done.
