Yesterday on our 1 month anniversary we decided to eat part of our wedding cake (that was taking up a big portion of in-laws' freezer)---so after showing inlaws our proofs & watching our unedited video we had cake & it was just as good as the night of our wedding. We put aside 2 big pieces for our year anniversary.
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!! Can't believe a month went by already!

YEAH!!!! Ours was just as good on our one year as the day of (better since we got to eat a big piece )

We did the same thing. The cake was nasty so after taking a bite out of it, we threw it away. On our anniversary we will get a new, fresh cake!
