My boss wanted me to send out client reminders on Mon. with the reg. postcard rate, but I see that its going up on May 12th. If I mail the postcards on Mon. (by putting them in the mailbox) will they be returned to me? Im not sure if Mon. is the last day to mail out stuff with the old postage..

No, yesterday was the last day to get things out with the old postage...it would have had to have yesterday's postmark to send things out under the old rate.
So if you put anything in the mail tomorrow with the old postage, it will be returned to you for insufficient postage. If you are using a forever stamp though, you're good.
