GOOD LUCK!!! i have been doing it for about 3 1/2 weeks. i'm down 9lbs! i'm sure i woudl have done more but last week got distracted going back to work and my sisters shower!
it is AMAZING! i love it. it really shows you better portion sizes and makes you think about eating better things throughout the day!!!
