Stef...how was your party?

I was thinking of you this weekend and the damn Yankee game

but wanted to hear about your Halloween party? Hope it all went well. Post pics if you can!

Thanks for asking.

Even with the yankee game, the party was great. There were lots of people watching that of course, but there were so many people here it didnt really matter..every room was full. Most everyone did a really good job with coming up with some fun costumes. And every single morsel of food was gone by the end of the night so that is always a good sign.

I have a ton of photos but am having trouble uploading them. Will post the decorations and a few costumes when im done.

Stef, rats!

I didn't know your party happened already! I saw a great recipe last night on Emeril that would have been super easy and very fun for your guests!

The were called 'brain cookies'...basically it's a sugar cookie dough that is pressed through a potato ricer to create the look of brains. You bake them and then add a 'blood' glaze (confectioner's sugar, milk and red food coloring). They really looked like brains! Yuck
