STILL AT SCHOOL

Not only does class end at 9:20 pm, my prof. scheduled me to 'try a case' at 9:30 p.m. and NOW he is running fing late. my group won't start till 10:30, and we will probably end past midnight....and I will be getting home past 1:30 a.m.!!!!!!!!!! This is crazy!!!!!! what the hell; I didn't speak my mind cause I have taken off too many times and need extra points for staying so late. I am tired.....I feel like rewarding myself with a big mac or something

no; we end at 9:20 but he wanted to get this done today, and he also wants to do the same thing for next Tues (last class). I am going to tell him that he better make me part of the 1st group....this is crazy. If DH told me this I wouldn't believe him...lol

I am so darn tired, and I have a lot to read for tomorrows class. I will be so unprepared cause I will be going straight to bed once I get home.

what school is this? Aren't there laws against how long they can keep you??

i just got home (found parking right away; thank god). I go to Touro Law (Central Islip). I asked another student and they responded this is not college and that there are no restrictions as to time limits. I really doubt that, but I didn't want tell the prof, hey you can make me stay when I missed one to many classes. I was the last one to go, did I mention I was tired and I ****** @ss! I just hope he takes into account that I work and have to travel back to Queens.

I didn't make it to work- I called out late and then sick....I had a huge migraine from the ball of my eyes to the back of my neck. I slept most of it off, but I still have it, but from a 1 to 10 it's a 4 now (thank goodness). cause I have to now drive back out to school.. at least my last prof never keeps us past 5 minutes.

how funny! dh teaches at Touro on Wednesday nights! You should take his class; he'll never keep you late and he also has to travel home to queens.

but going to grad school i agree it's not college and there are no restrictions... it's also up to you though - he can't really force you to stay (but might affect your grade)
