Still need more ppl for the luncheon???

What should we do??? As of right now we only have 22 ppl and we need 30 for the deposit.

Any suggestions?

Its Mirabella's bday as well....we can always see if March 14th works for everyone???

I can do the 14th or the 7th but I def can't do the weekend after that (21st) because it's my bday weekend!

14th sounds a lot better for me! I could even try to combine it with our trip to NY to do our taxes, and MAYBE make it for when we're going to Ireland so we can fly direct with my dad (otherwise, we'll just fly RDU to JFK to SNN)... But hopefully that would be the weekend after DH's niece's bday and I could convince him to come up to NY with me for the weekend!

I am ok with changing it, but remember there are always going to be people who can't go.

Did you get any checks, I would check with the people who gave you a deposit first, before changing it.

Also post it on the 09 boards with a link to the sign up thread and bump it OFTEN.

And post a deadline to sign up, we can always open it up again, but people don't commit if they think they have all the time in the world.

I havent gotten any checks yet so thats why I am asking if the 14th works for everyone. I know that there will always be ppl that wont be able to make it but it would be nice to get the most possible.
