storing your proofs...

hey girls! Question - if your proofs came in a box, did you leave them in that or did you put them in an album? mine are 4x6, so i can put then in a standard size picture album, but i dont want 6 albums...

i found one today that you can expand, but i really think i will need more than one (I dont think i can expand on it too much...)

if you put yours in an album, did you find one that you can fit them all into one album? or did you use more than one album to store your pictures?

Until we actual pick out which ones we want for the album we're leaving them in the box we received them in. For my bridal shower we received an album to put them in...they won't hold all 500 so I might get another one.

They're just in a box. The thought of physically putting them in an album makes me cringe.

Mine are in albums. I think it ended up being around 5 or 6 albums.

thanks girls. im going to go pick up another one tonight. it shoudl fit in 2 albums, with inserts added... i think 450 in each album will be perfect! :)

I found an album on amazon that held 500 4x6 pics!its perfect!

I have them in frames around the apartment and then in different albums. I have a small album that is a set with my shower pictures and honeymoon pictures. Then I have the album I put all my engagement pictures in so I put the proofs in there. I had 2 albums we got from people as shower gifts that were engraved so I used those too.

After we picked out the proofs for our albums we took our favorites and put them in a regular album or in frames. We left the others in the box. We had 1400 physical proofs it was just not happening to have a bunch of albums of photos that we dont absolutely love.

Also, we gave some of our family and friends the proofs if they were in photos and we were not using them. Which people really liked.
