ok so u know how ur feet can fall asleep...my hands and feet fall aseep really fast...f i am holding something my hands fall asleep or if im sitting indian style my feet fall aslep
and i mean to the point if i touch them i cant feel them at all..its like a dead foot
is this normal?am i just prone to this or could it be something else?

my arm completly falls alseep when i sleep on it...and i ll wake up and its like dead weight!
im sure the same thing could happen to your legs.
you might just have poor circulation.

it's probably poor circulation. I took yoga a couple of years ago and my legs would fall asleep so quickly it hurt to move! exercises like yoga help improve that :).

It's probably poor circulation. Back when I used to waitress, I would get a weird dead feeling in my legs. Not quite falling asleep, just like pain and sometimes pins and needles. I went to the doctor SO many times convinced I had a blood clot. What actually helped was going to a chiropractor! I had a lot of problems with my carrying arm and chest muscles from the plates and stuff, and he worked on my legs as well, and that really helped. You should definitely look in to getting a few sessions at the chiropractor and seeing if it helps.

My hands and feet fall asleep really fast. It's such a weird feeling. In fact I'm sitting with my left foot under me right now and it's already getting tingly. lol.

Do you walk alot? We are at that 'age' now where things will start to pop up if we dont excercise(says my doctor everytime inotice something new)
Try when you wake up stretching. You play softball- the days you play do u feel it more?
Is it in one side or both? It can also be a pinched nerve. Want to go to the doctors I'll go with u just to clear ur mind<3
