does anyone have a recipe that pretty simple, for this.

I use mozzarella cheese instead of fontina


Stuffed Pork Chops

I just read this now sorry

If you still want the recipe:

Season the porkchops with salt and peper on both sides then saute in pan with a little bit of olive oil
add 1/4 cup of water
toss in cherry peppers (cut up - I use the jarred peppers)
toss in 1/2 cup bread crumbs
handful of parm. cheese
and other seasonings you like

cook on both sides for 6-8 min or until cooked.

You can use oil to to fry the porkchops but I like to just saute so it isnt as greasy
