It is going to suck for whoever gets in trouble for drinking and driving this holiday weekend. The police mean business now. Danirella's family will be pleased with this and it will embarrass the person(s) who decided to drink then drive.
GOOD... i dont feel bad for these people who drink and drive AT ALL... play with your own life, fine.. but don't play with mine or anyone else's.

As much as this is a good thing-it might even make people think twice about drinking and driving-I dont know if I think its justified. In order to get someones arrest record that person has to sign off that it is ok for their background to be checked....this crosses that line and Im sure there will be alot of heat put on this.
And YES I have lost friends in drunk driving accidents.

when the officers book them I'm sure they will be making them sign something if that in fact is true, I don't know the law on that.
I'm glad they are doing this its not just another 'drunk driver'
If the person murdered someone their face would be on the cover of every newspaper, so why if they drive drunk and put everyone around them in risk of dying, should it be any different. people will be a lot more scared of being the next guy in the paper and probably less likely to do it. that picutre could really screw up so much of their life, which is justifed for the crime they commited, IMO.

I agree, what I am saying is that there will be heat put on this after the fact, people will *****, complain and probably even try and sue the state...unless they have to sign something-and that is exactly it-who would sign that? That is why I think its going to be an issue. I totally agree that they should be held responsible-trust me I do-it just will be a HUGE debate next week. Do I think its right-no, but then again I dont drive drunk so it doesnt really pertain to me
