Super Nifty Election Thingy

The Electoral Compass

This is so neat, and it's the most accurate one I've seen so far.

I'm mostly Barack, then Hillary. None of the GOP are in my little ellipse thing.

Closest to McCain, farthest from Obama...

I actually agree with McCain 100% on everything except family matters.

I'm having that same problem - I agree with him on almost everything but the issues where we disagree, I REALLY disagree. It makes it really hard to think about voting for him. UGH

it's sad, isn't it?

I'm closest to Mitt Romney - even though I tend to like Huckabee best when watching the debates

DH is closest to Ron Paul - whose opinions I also like

We are both furthest from Obama (blech ... ) which I already knew... and definitely far from Hillary (double blech.. )

According to this I should be voting for Ron Paul. Too bad he doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell...and most people have never heard of him.

Listen we need to stick together here Cookie.
Unfortunetly he doesnt have a snowballs chance but what a great president he would make....

Him and I were the most alike as well. He has 3 votes so far

Crap. Are any of us actually registered Republican to vote for him in the primary? I'm not. And I just started hearing more about him like last week. Not good...

I am a registered Republican! Most people don't realize they are Republican because the media makes Republicans out to be mean, staunch and uncaring war mongers. It's BULL CRAP! If most people really understood the questions they were being asked I bet most of them would be surprised to end up Republican! Too bad you girls aren't registered!!

BTW on the right hand side, if you unclick 'all issues' and click only on what issues are most important to you it could change your results slightly. For example some people may care more about the economy than gun control.. this could effect which candidate you're closest to.
Just FYI!

Totally didn't surprise me that I was closest to Obama (furthest from Huckabee). Yet I'm not sure I want to vote for him. I'm extremely indecisive with this stuff. I'm one of those peeps that never feels there is one right answer to anything. The only issues I am ever sure on are education and family.

This was helpful, thanks for posting it!
