I am doing a mexican dinner tonight, soft and hard shell taco's, enchilladas, and dip, you take cream cheese spread it in the bottom of the pan, cover it with cheddar cheese, put in oven just enough to melt the cheese then pour corn, black bean salsa over it, and serve w/ tortilla chips. I felt like doing something fun tonight. what are you all making?

I have an enchilada waiting for me. I have novacain right now so if it wears off, thats what Im eatting. But its getting late, so I may have to wait till tomorrow.
