So I'm throwing my sister a surprise going away party. She is going back to school for her doctorate and moving to Philly. We are doing it at my parents house, casual bbq or catered but I wanted to throw in a cute personal touches but I'm sooooooooo not creative lol...does anyone have any ideas of things to add to the party?

what does your sister like?
Maybe you can decorate the backyard with mylar balloons in the shapes of books/school things since she'll be studying alot or something that has to do with her school, maybe you can look up the school colors and stick to that theme.
For appetizers, maybe you can make mini philly cheesesteaks since she's moving to philly....
I would go to party city and get some ideas.

have like apples everywhere..orbroadway stuff...is she a mets or yans fan..add that stuff in
have everyone give her postcards so she can mail them ack to her freinds and fam
