surprising topic for a newlywed

are you ever not 'in the mood' when DH is?? even though they are rare sometimes i am just too tired or like right now its too hot & feel lazy. just want to veg. Plus DH works nites & is sleeping right now but I am positive when he wakes up around 10:00 he will want to get busy

does anybody else get like this? do u give the usual 'honey i have headache'?? hope i don't sound like an old fart

Oh yes! MOre often then I hope. Esp. in this heat..ugh..I just feel like staying in the shower all day lol. I dont ever say, 'I have a headache' unless I really do lol..Im just honest with him.

and it always seems like when I am.. he's not... when HE is... I'm not...

in all honesty it doesn't happen all THAT often...every once in a while i may just be a little tired or vise-versa...but we read each other pretty well. Other then that, all he's gotta do is start kissin' me & get me all hot & bothered and well...lets just say at the end of it all i'm a little more tired then i was before

no worries, we're all only human! ya can't be in the 100% in the mood 100% of the time.

it doesn't happen very ften for DH and i, bc like taryn said, we can kinda read eachother and are less likely to pursue something knowing the other one is tired or whatever it is. and again, like taryn said, he can totally change my mind sometimes when he starts kissing me and putting his moves on!

i don't give the gratuitous headache line if im not in the mood. id just tell him the real reason. that line makes me laugh tho. i hear sex makes headaches better anyways.
