Tattoos

Curious how many have your DH name or your DH has your name... Most of you probably know my DH has mine, has had it for years... Just curious to see.

Dh has a tattoo he plans on adding to...he adds a b&w rose for every major event in his life...he keeps saying he wants to add a few...one for our marriage...i want to get something to symbolize it as well...but most likely won't get his actual name...was thinking of getting the Chinese Name Chop symbol of his name instead...his mom had brought back stamps from China with it.

DH is totally against tattoos. He refuses to even get a Henna tattoo that will wash off in a few days!

I want to get a tattoo so bad!! I am the only one of all my friends who doesn't have one. DH has five.

We always joke that we'll get out names on each other.

DH is thinking about getting a tattoo (claddagh symbol with our wedding date), but I am pertrified of needles and could never get one.

DH and I would never get our names on each other. But we both do have a few tattoos each and we do want to get something together to represent 'us'. We were talking about getting matching infinity symbols somewhere on our bodies. Something small and simple.

Wouldn't do the name, but would like to do something to symbolize the event...

Dh's dad had gotten Dh's mom's name tattooed YEARS ago... they divorced and he covered it up with his own name. We always kid that strangers must think he's gay since he has a man's name tattooed on his arm!!

i find this so interesting!

neither of us have any tattoos ... probably never will, just not our 'thing'

my moh has a 'tramp stamp' of a butterfly, its really pretty

my favorite tattoo story is one of dhs friends -- he has a tattoo of the tampa bucs pirate symbol ... he actually lost a bet against them the year the won the super bowl and had to get it. i always thought he was a big bucs fan until dh told me the story!!

No tats for either of us - religion doesn't like it so much...plus we are big weenies with needles!

I will admit I was a huge fan of those fake tattoos you could buy at the grocery store when we were kids!

You already know about us. I'm still ink free since I cannot decide what I want. Scott still wants at least one full sleeve and most of his back. No initials of names for me, but Scott is considering my initials.

I love to see what everyone thinks... keep it going. I will admit when DH showed me my name on him I was like , but it grew on me. For me I don't think I would do any name, not even if I have children. But I am considering putting 'Everlong' on my wrist. Since that was our wedding song/ our song and it has great meaning to us.
If by chance one day in the future it doesn't work out, there is always laser removal.. But I'm sure it will be fine
