Thank you card help

ok, so i picked them up, i have them sitting infront of me with my list, i am having a hard time findint a starting place...........i am lacking motivation. where did you start, family friends? lol i thought this was going to be easier....

and then to find 70 different ways to say thank you??

I did generally the same wording. I think I had 3-4 different 'sayings' and just alternated.

I started with the 'easy' ones....those I knew I wouldn't get wordy with (like parents/bridal party, etc). Like I started w/ MIL's friends.

I had like an assembly line. I wrote out and put stamps on all the envelopes first, then I would grab and envelope and write out the card. I 'cheated', if I picked an envelope of someone I didnt want to write yet, I put it back and chose a different one!

check off each TY you write on your invitation list.

I began with close friends (bridal party?), becuase it's pretty easy to think of stuff to write.......
then move on to family until you reach the difficult ones... people that aren't quite as close to you....

by that time, you'll have a few 'canned' sentences you already wrote a dozen times

I had to write about 45 cards.... I marathoned it. Took about 6 hours but then it was DONE
