The thank you cards we got from our photog are printed on picture paper. It looks great because the pic is clear but when you write on it on the inside, its flimsy and the card won't stand up without falling.
What kind of paper/photo paper were your thank yous printed on?

mine is on an 80lb cardstock that is glossy on one side

do the cards stand up BEFORE you write on them?
we just had photocards, but the flat kind (not the folded kind)

No. The thank you was printed on the pic paper and I have to fold it in half but its thin and flimsy, it won't reallly stand on its own. If it was a flat card with a preprinted message it would be fine but if I try to folld it and write on the inside, it falls
