Thank you card question???

SO my proofs are not going to ready for another month. Which means I am looking at at least 2 1/2 months before I can do thank you cards since I wanted to include pics. Is that pushing it too long. Should I send thank you cards and then resend pics out later to just a few people?? What do you think??

i think you've still got time.
the thank yous that i sent out without pictures, i sent within a month or two - but the ones with pics are just going out now...at almost 6 months....
generally, when i get thank yous from others, they come at around the 6 month mark

Is your photographer giving you the slip in cards where you put a little picture inside, or are you having a card with a picture printed directly on the front? If you're doing the slip in, maybe you could get the blank cards now, and send them with a picture when the proofs are ready. At least then, you'll have all of the work done by the time the proofs come, and you will get them out within the first three months.

Unfortunately he is not....we are going to do them ourselves. I guess I will wait it out........

Mine are all done and ready to go...I'm just waiting for our 'newlywed' address labels to arrive.

So, mine will arrive to my guests under the 4 month mark

My goal is the three month mark. But normally the ones I get are around the 6 month mark. People know it takes a while to get the pictures, etc...

Oh good! I was feeling guilty! I got married on May 8th and they probably won't go out for another two weeks.
