How long after your wedding did you send out your TY cards?
I need to decide which pictures and what template im such a procrastinator!!!

ETA:
is $2 for a postcard type TY card - (thats what my photographer offered us)
what do you think???

if i had like 195 people - ill probably need like 100 cards!?

hmmmmmmm

im sooo lazy i think i'd rather just do that instead of going through all the putting together - ordering myself.

I sent my cards out last week- so just under 6 months.

Mine were out way longer than either of us expected 5 months.

I was so relieved once they were DONE !!!!!!

I just received mine and plan on having them out before the end of the month. So I'll be about 2 1/2 months. my shower was a saturday and the thank yous were in the mail by wednesday morning. I guess I'm a Miss Manners girl too!! My mother would kill me if I didn't!!

(DH's family wouldn't even notice. I don't think I've received a thank you from them for ANYTHING!! So RUDE!)

Ours were done around the 6 months mark but I hope people understand since I had a few medical issues since right after the new year and had shoulder surgery in March.

We did photo TY's from our photog which takes longer also.

OMG I don't know how some of you did them so fast! Even if you aren't waiting for picture cards... how do you write out personal notes to so many people so fast?! It took me almost 2 months to send out my shower thank yous... and that was only 30 ppl! I will be writing more than twice that for the wedding... my hand is going to fall off!!!

it took us a while to pick out our photo -- then after we ordered them it took a month to get the finished TY's. and well of course we rushed to pick them up and then they sat in the bag they came in for quite some time -- I really wanted them done by 6 months but then went out just before the 8 month mark.

we sat down and had a 2 day TY writing marathon DH wrote his and I wrote mine -- of course 2/.3 were my guests in the end. but he was a reallly big help
