I also posted this on 2010 boards but i can use all the help i can get!!!!

So i got back two samples from my photographer and i dont know which one i like...I need help choosing.

Red Fade

Or Black Fade

Also, Do you think it would be totally classless if I were to send the Thank you card with a preprinted message already on them or should I write the message myself?

I agree with the other ladies & personalizing all the thank you cards. Thats why ours are sitting on my desk at home for the last 3 weeks, waiting for me to personalize them. I am actually taking them away with me this weekend & will do them all when I have nothing to do at night. Its very time consuming to have to do & makes your brain hurt to have to thank about what to write but I personaly put a lot of thought when I am writting a wedding card to someone & I like to know that they took the time out to thank me.

Thanks girls...Im definetely going with the black fade. Regardless if I leave the message on the front or not I would have to write the personal message on the back unless i get fancy and i get a silver pen or something LOL...Either way i think Im going to take your advice and go with the personal message

Lets see how long it takes me to write these bad boys out!

At the risk of opening up a can of worms...

I would be *very* offended if I received a thank you card that was pre-printed and without some sort of a personalized message. I hand wrote all of mine. Took a long time, but it was important to me that our guests know how much we appreciated their generosity.

ITA, its horribly rude IMO.

Black.

& I hand wrote all my ty's - so have a lot of '09 brides. To me it means something more that a bride & groom actually took the time to write something personal & meaningful instead of a pre-printed message...JMHO

I vote for the black fade.

Handwrite a message. I have received pre-printed TYs and I find them a bit rude but that's just my opinion
