Thank yous and Holiday Cards? Good or Bad?

So, I've been a little lazy and didn't get my thank yous out yet.... It is time for Holiday cards now... Is it awful to put my thank you cards into my Christmas Card envelopes? Both seperate cards/envelopes, but mailed in one envelope?

Your thank yous should be mailed separately FOR SURE.

I'd send the thank yous out first (hopefully at least a week). Even if you mail them at the same time, though, they need to go out separately.

I kind of think they should be separate - JMO, but I think it might seem like you wanted to send holiday cards but were afraid of looking rude for sending them before thank yous so you just put it together. If you're going to have both sets of cards done, mailing them in 2 envelopes might be better - and you may want to mail the TYs out a day or 2 ahead. Like I said, JMO - I know how stressful it is trying to get everything done and show everyone you're grateful without driving yourself crazy!!!

u cant send them in the same envelope.... u have to sned them separate

I posted something similar the other day. After some great feedback from the girls on here, I decided I'm going to do the Christmas cards first and then the Thank You cards after. They def shouldn't be put in one envelope.

Now I don't feel so alone! I got married on 9/22 and I've been too lazy to write out thank yous too. I definitely agree that Christmas cards and wedding thank yous are 2 separate things and should be mailed out separately even if it's a matter of days.

thank you's should be separate........and are more important than holiday cards.
