You can do antipasto without cooking!! Any italian meats store has it (I love Lombardi Market)You can include:
Trays filled with:
marinated artichoke hearts olives (all types) roasted red peppers fresh mozarella and tomatoe marinated mushrooms peperoni peperoni rolls
Cold cut tray- all your italian meats rolled up
Italian bread
Bruschetta
Deviled Eggs

Re: Thanksgiving Meal Ideas!
ok, I've had a yen for leftover turkey sandwiches.... so I'm roasting a turkey breast and making homemade stuffing.... I love my stuffing recipe, so I'll give it to you......
4 celery stalks- diced 1 large onion-diced 1 lb of good white bakery bread (diced into 1/2 inch cubes and day old) chicken broth milk 3T poultry seasoning fresh sage and thyme, chopped small 2 eggs salt and pepper
preheat oven 350. (put turkey in). fry celery in oil on medium heat for about 20 min, until edges are golden. Add sage and thyme. after a couple min, add onion and fry another 10 min or so, until throroughly cooked.
Scramble eggs, add poultry seasoning and salt and pepper. Add about 2 cups milk and 1 cup broth. Soak bread in liquid. Add more milk and broth if necessary. Bread should be moistened thoroughly, but there shouldn't be a puddle in the bowl. Add in the celery and onion mixture and bake at 350 in a casserole dish until cooked thoroughly, about 45 min.

also gravy......
1/4 cup minced onion 3 sprigs sage, minced 3 sprigs fresh thyme, stems removed 1/4 cup parsley, minced 1T poultry seasoning drippings from pan salt and pepper olive oil 1 pack sliced mushrooms 1-2 cups chicken broth 2T flour 1/3 cup cream
heat drippings in pan. Add oil, onion, and herbs. When onion is cooked, add mushrooms. When mushrooms are cooked, add poultry seasoning. A minute later, add broth. Once all drippings are dissolved, season with S&P. In a tupperware dish, shake flour and cream together. Pour into pan. Once thickened, transfer to a serving boat.

Re: Thanksgiving Meal Ideas!
Hey Tara! I made candied yams last year and they were such a big hit.
INGREDIENTS 1 (29 ounce) can sweet potatoes 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place sweet potatoes in a medium baking dish. Distribute butter pieces evenly over the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Layer with miniature marshmallows. Cover and bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender and marshmallows have melted.

Re: Thanksgiving Meal Ideas!
I have a really easy, unique, and yummy cranberry sauce recipe. Its def not your run-of-the-mill cranberry mold from the can and it takes 5 minutes to make.
1 small red jello (cherry or rasberry) 1 can mandarin oranges 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained) 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
In a nice bowl (festive, decorative, or other serving bowl) disolve jello in one cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water, pineapple, oranges, cranberry sauce, and walnuts. Stir well. Chill in frigde until firm (at least one hour). Serve alongside Turkey dinner!

Re: Thanksgiving Meal Ideas!
We made a dish off of the food network website (Paula Dean) last night.....broccoli cheese bake (broccoli, velveeta, cream of broccoli or mushroom soup, mushrooms, water chestnuts and cheese on top). It was really good and a nice side dish. I think I am going to make it for Thanksgiving this year. FM if you want the exact recipe...
