The Dark Knight.......

was amaaaaaaaaaaazing


I saw in at the IMAX theater last night in Garden City. I was just staring at the 50 foot Heath Ledger mesmorized,

He really immersed himself in the role, its almost scary.... he really is incredible!! Definite Oscar nomination. I can see how he would have problems sleeping at nite between doing that role and his problems at home.

The funny/ s*itty part??? It was sold out..and I mean SOLD OUT.....like not one seat empty...... and Juan and I had to sit in different rows, 2 rows apart!!

I spent 2 hours next to a 300 pound 15 year old chanting 'YEA!' everytime something cool happened

the movie kept you entertained the whole time. Heath ledger did such an amazing job, his performance really made you believe he was a psycho killer.


that s*cks that you had to sit apart, but at least you enjoyed the movie.

it was crazy bc we got there an hour early, there was one showing of it half an hour before ours and the line was ridiculous. Luckily we got there just in time and got close to the front bc just a few mins after the line got insane

I want to go soo bad- so does dh. I didn't even know there was Imax in garden city- have to check that out

You should go, go on the IMAX website and you can put in your zip and find it from there. Its right next to Nassau Community College.

Just get there early so you get good seats high up!!

i really can't stand the IMAX in garden city though---omg having to look left & right for the dome screen. it hurt my eyes!!! i'm waiting until the lincoln center IMAX isn't sold out anymore.


but seriously how effing GREAT was that movie???? i can't get over how they jam packed everything into it and it just blew me away

i loved it too - several times my mouth just dropped open and i'd laugh out loud.

yesterday morning I was leaving to go to school to study and DH looked on fandango and he's like there are tix still, we'll just buy them when you come home it won't sell out. so i'm like buy them NOW.... of course not... so I'm driving home from school checking showtimes at the midway and they are all sold out before 10... I got home like we aren't seeing it, it's sold out (i withheld the 'i told you so') and so he checks and they are... then i lean over and hit refresh and BAM they add another 8:11 show right then!! i was like, you are SO lucky i did that.

even with that, we STILL sat in the second row. i think christian bale gets hotter with each movie; I was never the hugest fan but YUM.

did anyone else SQUEAL with excitement when the teaser trailer for Terminator Salvation came on ? ummmm...i was trying not to jump for joy in the theater

heck i think i'm gonna watch it yet again online right now.

I DID!! as soon as i heard the music i flipped out!! i loved the first two terminators

I saw it yesterday & I really liked it. It was a very good movie & I thought Heath Ledger's performance was incredible. It's such a shame

so true, he did have quite a few funny parts. Went so well with his psycho character.
