i used to post on the knot before i posted on LIW. THeres way more drama on there than here, it really doesn't even compare. There are some members on there who basically dont post about wedding things or even regular NWR things but basically just putting people down.

Yes I do stay away your right. I don't care for it. I don't care about lots of the topics though. I am not preg so I cannot relate to that, I could care less about Britney spears or any other celebrity that is acting out or what they look like
I don't care for the insanity of getting on girls if they have their own OP!

What I liked on the knot so far was the topics.

3 of the most drama filled boards on the entire site!

I never really posted on the P&E boards. They are totally drama filled and it's like, everyone THINKS they know what they're talking about when in reality, they don't.

I just stuck to my 2 local boards, NYC and Hudson Valley. I didn't really go on there to make friends, I just needed vendor info which I couldn't really get from here since I got married in Westchester. They were super helpful.

OMG -- there's a board on there titled SNARKY BRIDES!

they had to create a new board just for the snark---lolol


ETA: when you click the board 'Advice from Brides' -- it takes you to 'Snarky Brides'

AFB must have gotten soooooo bad they just renamed it rather than fullly monitor it

some boards im sure arent that bad. Some are real bad. I havent been on in a while and looks like most of the NEY girls are not on anymore but the new girls act just about the same, but i only looked at a few posts just now and they are still putting others down.

The funniest incident i had on there was when they were seriously torturing this one girl everyday. I told the girl to just ignore them they obviously have issues. Right after i said that there was a thread posted with my name and wanting to ask me something. When i opened it up she asked me how much my real fake boobs cost, would've been funny if they were fake but they're real. Then started asking me about how much i pay for collagen in my lips which i also have NEVER done, about my fake nails which are also real. And just being real nasty. I found it funny bc everything they were saying was fake was actually real so i didnt take offense at first. But then they just got annoying about it and wouldn't shut up

But thats not even bad compared to what ive seen them do to others. The last time i had posted there i was disgusted about what they were doing with the whole baby thing. Saying how ugly it was and that its a crack baby, and look how skinny and sick it looks and the baby is going to grow up being a crackhead, theres a fine line you dont cross and they went far past that line.

My guess is if they don't approve of something they feel they won't see you so they can say what they want.

Some people were dragged up some people were brought up.

it is common for them, they would find any opportunity to say things about people. On other boards though there were alot of real nice people and got along.

you do get alot of good ideas from the board though. If you ignore the drama its fine

Interacting with exp makes my skin crawl. She's like a maggot, feeding off the misery of others. Not in a 'let's make fun of someone' way, but a 'let's hurt them deeply and see if we can make them bleed' way. In all honesty, she's the reason I don't post here much anymore. I can't stand interacting with human feces.

I post over on Election'08 a lot. Like, really waaay too much.

Someone came over yesterday and got her nose out of joint because we didn't like her C&P'ing her spam political email. She helpfully informed us that our arrogance was 'why all the other boards talk about us.'

I couldn't help but wonder - why aren't they talking about whatever they're supposed to be about?
