well I thought I won a day after shoot but then the gift certificate was actually a credit towards trash the dress - hopefully they will let me do something else with it bc while i SWEAR SWEAR SWEAR I am still super thankful for winning anything and it's obviously an awesome prize I really didn't want a trash the dress and deliberately didn't put any of those in. . .

I JUST found out the same thing! I contacted my photographer and said that I won the day after and was interested in hearing about what the shoot offers and where we can go so we can schedule something for the summer...and she responded and said I didn't offer a day after, I offered a TTD, what does your certificate say? So I said maybe it said TTD, I don't remember, but I use those terms interchangeably, and if she doesn't, what does she consider the difference to be?

I'm right there with you...I don't want to 'trash' my dress, but I do want to take pictures in it again...I appreciate the prize for sure, but definitely need some clarification!

That is strange that she would say there is a difference...who was the photographer??? The ones I spoke to said they use the word interchangeably and you dont need to do anything you dont want to do with the dress

It was Jennifer Morais, I'm waiting for her response back as to what she considers the difference to be. I always thought it was an interchangeable term myself.

I won a Day After Shoot in NYC with Peter Doyle Photography.
This is PERFECT since I wanted to take pics in the city on my wedding day but didnt have enough time!
Dont think I will be using my dress tho. I dont fit into it anymore LOL

I won a TTD shoot with Phtography InStyle. Love their work. :) I am looking foward to using a brand new birdcage veil that I finally got after it got lost in the mail for three months (don't ask)!

I won a custom channa plaque which i am soo excited about cause I really wanted that! And I won a newbor/child shoot And a maternity or newborn shoot depending on who has a baby first....me or Dana (azailia) lol

I won a free spray tan from Brazil bronze which is supposed to be AMAZING!

Also won Jen's fabulous makeup bag filled with fun products! I think I've put on 13 different lip colors today...

And I won a maternity shoot from Sarah Tew photography...

And of course the mani pedi and TTD shoot that everyone got! woohoo!

I also took the cupcake holders cuz I be bakin always! HOLLAAAAAAA!

LOL...what happened was when there was leftover photo pizes me and Dana won one each- 1 maternity shoot, 1- newborn shoot but she went up and got it for me so when she came over to me she was like I dont know which one you won and which one I won...so we said ok well whoever gets pg first will get the maternity and then the other will get the newborn one.....make sense

sorry just saw this. it was james and christine. . I haven't actually called them yet. . just noticed that the certificate I had didn't match what I thought it was. . so maybe they will let me do something different.. . either way I'm sure it will be fun. .

It's been a long time since I posted! Hope everyone is great!


SO, while cleaning up my office I re-discovered my prizes from the luncheon...

1. I didn't use my amazing prize of a boudoir session with Brandi Grooms Photography. The part that really stinks is that I know that was the prize...but there isn't a true gift certificate in the paperwork so I have no idea if they will honor anything.


SO, who else never used their prizes?
