The stupidest question in the history of LIW...

Okay so since my photographer made my thank you cards...what do I send to him?? One of the thank you cards he made? Isnt that weird?

yes you do! when we met w/ our photographer, we saw a thank you card from a former client right there on his desk, so since she sent him one, we'll be doing the same. it does seem weird though.

My $6,000 was my thank you I even fed and watered them. I am waiting for him to send me a thank you.

Maybe just send a basic TY card? I get nice ones at Target all the time. Just hand write it and put your names in it. Thats what we did with most of our vendors.

I think they WANT you to send them one of the TYs they made for you - I've seen a lot of photographers that post the TY's they've received. This way they have a whole bunch of examples of the TY cards they make for clients - so I don't think it's weird at all!

(PS: I sent my photog one that they printed for me).

i just want to say i feel better that i havent sent out my vendor thank you's yet since you were only married a few weeks after me!!

ARGH must get motivated! i still havent approved my albums or submitted my photos for the video

this is so unlike me!!!!!

besides having your thank you as a sample of their work, it's also a recommendation of them - - as long as you said good things

of course I had to be different. . . I was not thrilled with price of his cards so decided to make my own - - with print of his pic. And that's what he got sent so he knew I wouldn't be needing his TU's but did use his pic
