I thought I'd start a thread with the theme of keepsaking the stuff MOST people dont.
I really loved my bow bouquet (made from bows from the bridal shower and used at the RD) so I bought a little rose vase for it and display it like a bouquet of flowers:

Re: Things you saved and how do you use it...
I have SO many things- and I am VERY excited to start assembling them into my scrapbook this weekend.
I have tons of cards & pictures from my e-party... I also did mini polaroids on scrapbook sheets that everyone wrote well-wishes on.
From my shower I have pictures, cards, the favor, the invitation, etc.
From my bachelorette I have 10 mugs that each girl painted for me as well as a plate with my name and their names around it. I also have coasters, guys phone numbers from the scavenger hunt, etc. and of course the cute invitation...
From the wedding I have invite, my bo-k, my post brunch invite, favors, pictures, cards, guest book.
From the Honeymoon we have pics, of course- postcards and the NYTimes article that gave us the idea to go to Zihuatanejo.

I have the hatbox cake that Claud made me on my server in my DR. and I LOVE my bow boo-k too. I also have my boo-k dried in a vase. I said all the RSVPs, cards, everything.

One of my SIL's made me a shadowbox with our invite and the response card and reception card. It's so cute -- we have that hanging in our dining room.
My mom uses the baskets we decorated for our programs and bird seed in her bathroom for towels and such.
I have one of our magnets that I made on our fridge. Our German Toasting cup in my china cabinet along with our favor.
I put a small scrapbook together with cards and such and the program and all.
That's about it.

You all saw my wedding keepsake box, I have it on my hutch now, not sure where I officially want to keep it.
And my bouquet in a box, lol, is on my bookcase in our bedroom...
My aunt dried some of my flowers and made potpourri out of them, they are in a basket on my side table in my living room. I also have some pics and my toasting glasses on shelves in my dining room, don't have a pic though.
i threw some things in a box...but with our move...and my mom telling me to clean out my childhood room...I'm just not in a saving mood...

I did a shadow box with our invitation, reception, and response card. Also it has dried roses from the flowers Steve sent me on our wedding day. I also dried and preserved my bo-k and have it in a vase that was originally one of our centerpiece vases! I have a box in my attic with everything else in it

I dried the roses from my boquet and made Christams ornaments out of them and tied little bows on the rose buds. I also kept my bows from my bridal shower and shredded some of them to put in a hollow glass Christams ornament. I have some of the other dried roses in a small vase on my dresser.
