Thinking ahead - where should DH and I go for our next vacation?!

I know, I am nuts!
We can't actually go anywhere til after July 30, 2009 since thats when I will have vacation days again.
I would LOVE to do one of the Sandals resorts, so any feedback would be great! I'm a bit leery of St. Lucia since every bride who's been there said the roads are SO twisty and curvy and even people who aren't prone to carsickness, got sick! I am MEGA prone to it, so I am afraid to go there LOL!
We want to go to a place that has more to do that just lying on a beach. We love the 'touristy' types of things, like the tours, or ATVing, or hiking, etc. And an added bonus for DH would be if they have a casino!
Any feedback would be great!

we're planning on going to PR for our one year anniversary, even though we'll be going in Jan instead of in Feb.

Thanks so much, ladies!
The great thing about Jamaica, if we decide to go, is that DH works for Air Jamaica, so we'd basically fly for free It's nice to know they have Sandals resorts there and all, and that there is a ton of things to do!
I was interested in Antigua, also, but I don't know anything about it, really. Is there a lot to do there?

There is a place called 'the caves' ( I think) in Jamaica!!! it sounds really romantic..and your room is on the side of a cave..I'm thinking of going here for our 1 year anniversary! and the bonus..ITS ALL INCLUSIVE!!!
