what can I make with it for dinner? I don't want to do the same old thing, which is broccoli, sausage, pasta, garlic & olive oil. Give me something innovative

DH doesn't eat peppers. He has the eating habits of a picky 3 year old. It's so difficult. Does anyone have a paella recipe? I've always wanted to try it but I'm a little intimidated because it looks difficult.

do you boil the potatoes first? Does it matter that it's not breakfast sausage? This does sound really good

well I am sorry Jess I was going to say Sausage and peppers because I LOVE that but I see your DH doesn't...so I have no other suggestions but just wondering

when you make the sausage with the pasta do you just put it on the pan (the sausage) in the olive oil and then put the cloves of garlic and broccli in the pan (kinda sauteeing it) and then dump that over hte pasta?? sorry this osunds good and I could def make that tonight after class sounds easy!!! tia

u can if u want it done quicker - as the potatos obviously take a while just in the frying pan..BUT if i have time - i do fry them ..because all the flavors just make it yummy! but it takes some patience of course.(sometimes i may just microwave it first too - like a baked potato..easier to cut & already half cooked)

oh & i do usually do this with regular sausage(not bf sausage)...i fry it up untill the skin gets a little tough, and then slice it right in the pan. also at the end i add some s&p in there too now i want some! lol
