This is why I'm a bad cook
so a recipe I wanna make calls for white wine and I only have prosecco tonight......I am gonna do it unless one of you stops me!this works out well though because now I'll have the remaining bottle to polish off during top chef.

I don't see a huge problem with doing this, although you might get a lot of fizz at first. Once it settles, it should be ok.Let me know how it comes out!
