Do you ever get jealous/envious of couples that announce they are expecting when they haven't been trying?

well we are not ttc.. but i think it is natural when you have been ttc for a while and you hear of 'accidents' it would tug your heart a little bit.. so i think it's ok..

We are not TTc yet but YES I am sure I would! Because here you are trying and they just up and get preggo? I am sure that must be frustrating

I agree. We are not TTC yet but I am sooo ready for a baby..but other reasons stop us from having one. But when I do hear and see of people that are preganant (by accident or not) I do get a little jealous and makes me want one even more

We where ttc for a few months and had a few friends get pregnant. That feeling is normal. I remember crying to Dh, asking when will it be our turn, and b4 we knew it, I was pregnant. But I know the feeling and its totallty normal, we talked about it a lot in the TTC board on LIF

I'm jealous of my friends and SIL's who have babies but can afford it b/c they live with mom and dad, and frankly haven't had to sacrifice their social life or anything for that matter b/c mom & dad save the day! Sometimes I wish we could be that carefree!

I completely understand how it feels. I had a cousin that announced she was pregnant a few weeks ago and I was super jealous....but don't worry we all get our chances.
Sometimes it can be a long process compared to others.
