Those of you who used wedclean

I have a question about the insurance....what does it cover? Do you think its worth it?
I called them but they are only there during the day and I can never seem to call when they are there.

I am not exactly sure...good question...I added some additional insurance so it would cover the cost of the dress.

I had no probs with them at all and were really satisfied with the results.

Email them if you can't call during business hours...they got back to me very quickly with questions I asked them via email.

My dress got discontinued right before the wedding. So, when I sent it to wedclean, it was selling at a low price. That's what I had it insured for. I figured that if the gown vanished off the face of the earth, at least I'd have enough money to replace it.

I insured it for half the value of the dress. I will never where it again, so I got the insurance 'just incase' .

I got the insurance just in case. My dress was discontinued a year before my wedding and while I won't wear it again I didn't want to lose it. So, in the even that it was lost I wanted to be compensated for the $$.

But - it arrived safe and sound - and CLEAN!!!!

I insured it for 2/3 of the price. I figured that if it were lost, that amt of money would make me feel better about it. I know, its a crazy kind of logic but it wasnt that expensive to insure.

Everything arrived safe and sound.
