Those that went to Hawaii......

i am trying to plan for our first year anniversary. i know its early but i wanted to know how much do you spend while you are there. i am just talking about spending money, not hotel or airfare. Thanks ladies!!!

We spent about $3000 when we were there on our HM. That was 2 weeks with excurations and meals. We splured!!

Where in Hawaii are you going? You can really economize (if you want to) in Oahu b/c its a regular city with public transport and malls, etc..

Maui has less of that so its harder to economize but you can if you are careful.

Ive heard the other islands are pretty much impossible to do cheaply. But Ive never been so Im not sure.

i am not sure where i want to go. what's the best place? 3000 is not bad for two weeks, i am only going for one. any ideas would be helpful. thanks ladies
