What is one of your favorite things about your home? (The balcony of your co-op, the Viking stove, the 10 minute commute to work, etc.)

My favorite thing is def our laundry chute right outside the bathroom! DH goes through a ridiculous amount of clothes in a week, so not having to carry them all to the basement is awesome! Now I just need to install an elevator to get them back upstairs...

My 2nd favorite thing is that we finally have 2 bathrooms - the 2nd one is in the basement but it's nice to know that it's there in case of emergency.

I would have to say the fact that it is 100% us........we basically gutted the house so we picked every detail........I don't have to live in what someone else thought was nice

My huge California closet! Two owners ago, they built it out from the wall and though it made the bedroom a shade smaller, I have this huuuuge double-doored closet with built-in dressers and compartments. In Queens it is SO RARE to have any closet space at all, so when I saw this I knew it was perfect for us!

Just one?!?! I'd have to say the kitchen.... We loved the cabinets and we changed out some appliances to make the stainless steel/black look and everything just flows together so nicely.... I love that its open and can fit a nice sized group of people in it

I love the openness of my entire condo actually...

Right now we are just about done remodeling our kitchen and I am in love. Its absolutelty amazing, especially since the previous kitchen was 60 years old! I also love my 5 minute commute to work, its great.

Yup, it's kind of weird bc it's in the floor of the linen closet so you have to lift the little door up and shove clothes down there, but it works for me!

Oh I am so jealous! We had 3 of those in our old apartment (in the dining room, which was kind of weird) but I never realized how much crap we were able to fit in there! Even in the whole house now we don’t have as much closet space as we did with those.

My huge huge huge walk in closet (that's what made me want to live here) and the pool in the summertime...that its right next to the lake and park, and my personal numbered indoor parking spot.

Here's a pic I took when we first moved in (so my closet was still reasonably orderly ... which it isn't at all anymore!)

My favorite thing about my home is that it is in the BEST city in the world...NYC . I also love that I only have to walk 10 blocks and 3 avenues to work every day and all my friends live within a mile of me and I can walk to their apartments too. I also love that I live on the top floor of our high-rise and I have cool doormen.

Now...if only I could get the rent to come down a littlee....

ETA: Oh crap...I said more than one thing, LOL

Location in Roslyn Heights ie proximity to LIE and Northern State which makes everything very easy. Other than that I would have to say my bathroom and kitchen that we remodeled when we bought the house in '03. I really am not super happy here and am really ready for our own 'real' house, not a townhouse. I want a driveway! Ahh! Sorry but this question comes just as we have made the decision to finish the remodels on our house, sell it, and move out!! Buy a new little place to start fresh!!

I think I love the outside of our home best. I just think it is beautiful and classic. Our backyard is really cool too because it has lots of trees and some hills...it makes me think that it would be a great place for kids to play and have imaginary adventures.

The kitchen-living room area is also great because its big and good for entertaining, people can just roam around comfortably.

The thing i dont like...cleaning!

Sorry I found a pic online and had to post... (minus all the flags)

I love love love our hot tub room! We finally got furniture for it (all that's missing is the TV to hang over the hot tub - which hopefully we'll have in the next couple of weeks). It's now my favorite room of the house.

I promise to take a picture and post it tonight when I get home! Love it.
