Timing your vacation with the time of the month .... Does anyone do that? Im trying to book our anniversary trip for next month...but im so hesitant...the last thing i want is to be cranky, back pains, water weight, cramping..... and no sex!...

when I was on BCP, I would just make sure to skip my period if it were coming that week.

We rarely plan last min vacays and lately ive been getting screwed and having pms and my . on vacay... quite the annoyance!

I use to do this, then i was on the pill so i would just skip it if need be, but now im totally screwed! just got off the pill so i have no idea what my cycle is like! if its regular from here on im going to have it most likely on our vacation this summer!! ugh so im kinda hoping it is not regular! LOL

I always do this. Hell I planned the wedding around it! Then it went and switched up on me 2 mos. before the wedding! I was still free and clear on the day though, but I had it the week before the wedding. I don't think I've ever cried so much in my life. I was a mess. lol!

I can honestly say I have NEVER done this!! I usually time my vacations around work schedules; whether I have a class to teach or DH can get off work that week.
I've never thought about when my period will come in regards to when to go away. It's probably because my cycles are not so regular, thus making it hard to pin point when it will be here in 4,5,6,7,8 etc months from now.
Also... hopefully the vacation is longer than my period lasts!! haha!!

I tried to do this but I wound up getting mine the day I left for my last vacation. After that I am just going to book vacations whenever in the future because you never know.

I try to do this. We planned our minimoon around it, that's why we didn't go right after the wedding and waited a week and a half. I planned Greece this summer around it too, but now that we're not going I'm going to have to plan it like a year in advance which might be tricky We used to do this at home too for family vacas lol...me and my sister were always the ones to luck out, but my mother got screwed every time!

UGHHHH how crappy!!! mine finished right before the big day so i was total raging b*tch the whole week leading up to the wedding... as if all the last min details werent stressful enough
