i'm making fliet migon what should i make as a side? I was going to make three cheese risotto but i dont know if i have that much time since i'm working all day, any other suggestions?

mmmmm, these both sound yummy!
maybe you could add some sauteed mushrooms and onions too. I always love those with steak
