Hi honey! Yes, I'd love to share. It's so easy!

Cut up about a pound and a hlaf of chicken into small pieces (not tiny, maybe cut the cutlet into thirds) dip in egg then bread crumbs and fry until golden brown. Once they are finished, place in a baking dish.

In a seperate bowl mike about 20 oz of duck sauce and a can of Dole pineapple chunks (juice and all) and mix with a spoon. Pour it over the chicken and bake on 350 for about 20-30 minutes. Serve over white rice or egg noodles.

yummmy that sounds delish!!

We're going to a fish fry with DH's family.

I just went shopping yesterday but nothing is defrosted! DH isn't going to be home so I may just have some pasta ... maybe with a butter / wine / garlic sauce.

I am going to make brownies too - we have no cookies, etc in the house and lately I have been craving dessert.

well i asked dh what he wanted and he said he is in the mood to make sauce, which makes me happy bc i can eat pasta everyday if i could lol. Went to the supermarket and got him the tomatoes and all the stuff he needs and making it with sausage, veal oxtail and pork YUMMMM cant wait!!!! and also having that with parmesan garlic bread

ALso went to Martha's country bakery and picked up his favorite cupcakes, bought 3 of them and the girl wouldnt write on them so also bought a decorating pen for cakes and stuff at the supermarket and wrote M on one V on another and P on another for the award he got today and bought a congratulations sign and put it over the cupcakes. I also went a bit nuts with the decorating pen and decorated the plate and wrote #1 on it and espo too lol. Oooo and martha's had lemon coconut cupcakes I was SO happy to see that, i already had one and it was the best thing ever lol

dh is working late I can not call him because he wont get a normal cell phone( his is JUNK) AND HE HAS no SERVICE AS USUAL. I do not want to go out, the roads are bad, it is snowing once again, so it looks like a cereal night for me, or dippy eggs and toast.

can you order something then since the roads are bad and you dont want to go out. Or alot of supermarkets deliver too, maybe do that if you do want to cook.

ive never had it together, hmm interesting. I like both separately so im sure its good together lol
