I saw a program on Discover Channel dedicated to people who transform themselves to look like animals. (yes, he is not the only one) There was a segment about this guy as well! He sure is freaky! They showed the details of his surgeries and all the things that were inserted into his body to make him look that way! It was absolutely disgusting and yet freakishly fascinating! Yewww! There is this guy in Mexico who did all the works on him ! No doctor in US agreed to do it! Yeah, I wonder why...

He was on ripleys believe it or not

They showed his progress and the surgeries he has done. The whiskers I think are screwed in or something. He even had surgery to have a tail put on.
