Trader Joe's

Im goin to make stuffed shells that we got from an italian market for dinner.. but we have my parents comin over so we need something else to make with it.. any ideas from trader joe's? im goin after work to get the potato trio potato chips and the carmelized onion dip so figured I can get something else to go with the stuff shells?

Also does anyone know if they have any Salads? Thx!

They have ready made salads! They also have really good pizza dough and sauce if you want to make a pizza (5 minutes to put every together and half hour in the oven- really easy!)

Their spinach and artichoke dip is really good too (its in the frozen section).

Not Trader Joe's specific, but you can get the ingredients there... my favorite salad:

Romaine/Mixed Greens
Cucumber
Radishes
Red Onion
Craisins
Pine Nuts
Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese crumbles

Tossed with a little bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a little bit of garlic powder... It's always winner!
