Trying to eat healthy

Yesterday my office mate went to a party for one of our co-workers birthday and she brought me a mini cupcake from Crumbs from the party and put it on my desk! i know it was nice of her but i can't eat it as much as i wanted to because i need to lose the weight i said thanks. i asserted my will power and waited until she stepped out of the office and i threw it away. ugh it had a chocolate chip cookie on top and fudge it looked so good. painful i tell you.
