Turn my pumpkin into a Turkey help

Hi Ladies! I want to turn my pumpkin into a turkey. Does anyone know of a nice kit I can buy. I want to buy one of those kits that you just stick into the pumpkin.

If a pumpkin turns into a turkey, does that mean that I, a vegetarian, can still eat it?
