Dear Newlyweds,

Well soon the tickets for TWOTY will go on sale. Here is the dilemma - we allow one table of 12 for newlyweds (TWOTY is really an event for brides to be - we allow a few newlyweds to be there for their friends in the bridal party). It appears that there are many newlyweds that would like to attend the TWOTY 2009. We can not accommodate everyone and just putting the tickets up for sale on a first come basis with so limited a number that can attend doesn't seem fair. So, here's what we are thinking. First, maybe the 12 should only be for the ladies (in other words no newlywed guys), second we could pick names out of a hat from those that would like to go, third well what are your thoughts? Please only respond if you plan on attending this way the outcome of this discussion will be based on those wishing to go - thank you!

Me too. I really want to go also. Last year I hadn't really met anyone and was so looking forward to going BUT my cousins babyshower that I planned was on the same day.
I'm fine coming alone too, but really want to come because I would love to meet Danielle and the LIW staff.

I sort of think no matter how you decide someone is going to feel it isn't fair but since we are all adults we'll respect your decision.
Although I think there should be an automatic rule that anyone over 40 should be included. I'd be a shoe in.

If you go with the names in the hat...I'm screwed because I have horrible luck (only had lucky when it comes to meeting my husband)
