So despite them not finding anything yesterday now that I have a full stomach again, I still have pain. Its worse after I eat, and it didn't hurt yesterday after the colonoscopy when my stomach was empty. eat so it has to be something digestive... now I am not only in pain, I am annoyed.

As someone who is well versed in digestive trouble i will say a few things!
1. I am sorry you are going through this. 2. After my colonoscopy they found nothing and told me I had IBS. And it is awful! There is really nothing you can do but wait for things to calm down if it truly is a digestive issue. Taking a fiber supplement (I use citrucel,, yes I am a 97 year old woman..next is prune juice )and also taking a probiotic, specifically one like Align is great. 3. Until things die down stick to the BRAT diet- bananas , rice applesauce (NOT apples) and toast. I also live on kix cereal (no milk) when this happens and it definitely makes my belly feel good!
Hang in there..relaxation and rest will help!!

I'm sorry to hear that you're still in pain.
Have you had a HIDA scan to check your gallbladder? A few years ago, my sister was in terrible pain anytime she ate. It got to the point she could only eat baby oatmeal . . . and even that hurt her stomach.
The ultrasound didn't show any problem with her gallbladder, but the HIDA scan did.
I hope you're feeling better soon.

Have they tested you for a gluten allergy/sensitivity? This runs in my family and recently my aunt was in tons and tons of pain, especially after she ate. They did a million tests and then finally found out she had celiac disease.

Thanks I think I might try that diet for a few days anyhow. I am using Benefiber, maybe I should try a stronger source of fiber. I am going to try Align.
I felt better yesterday on an empty stomach.

Re: UGGG
Its actually hurting really bad now, like almost the worst its been... but in the same spot its been... on the sheet it says if you have abdominal pain to let them know, but since I went because of ab pain I wasn't concerned... do you think the worse pain could be related to the procedure. I am freaking out.

If you are concerned, call the doctor. That's what they're there for.
