Is there an HR dept. where you work? Maybe you could talk to someone there and complain about what a hostile work environment this is creating for you.
Other than that, the only advice I can think of would be to do your best to document everything. That way, you'll be prepared if, God forbid, you get laid off and need to go to unemployment.

Yeah we have those ombud people to help, I am just really nervous. I know its all confidential but im still anxious about it. They can also call your boss to help you handle the situation and currently my boss is the situtation.

I agree with documenting EVERYTHING!
Too bad there's no way for her hubby to find out what's going on at work - she sounds like she's taking full advantage all-the-way-around if you know what I mean.
I know it $uck$, but try to keep your chin up. This piece o' trash will eventually get hers...'cause karma can be a biotch!

What happens if you stop doing her work for her? Then they will know she's screwing around and not doing it, right?

Yes yes and I have stopped doing most of it as of this past week but alot of her stuff has to be done before my stuff can be done so if she doesnt do it then my own work doesnt get done.. and when I tell my boss i am waiting on her he obviously doesnt do anything and expects me to get me stuff done so in the end i end up doing it so I can get my stuff done on time.
Its really annyoying. I am searching for jobs as we speak

You have to report that to HR. It is completely confidential.
They will make note of it and hopefully something will be done. I am a manager and we have training on this yearly.

Re: Ugh dont know what to do!!
Can you leave an anonymous letter on HR's desk about whats going on or will it clearly have come from you?
I'm sorry but my HR department doesn't keep it confidential even though they're supposed to ...
