Ok so I did something BAD!!! I switched my nail tech..I know I know! She wasn't available so i went by my house a few times and tehy RUINED my nails..paper thin now because I wasn't watching what the jerk did and she ddi what i told her NOT to do..acrylic and because she filed them, my nails are BREAKING OF..literally peeling off in layers. It hurts and Im upset. I am going to see my regular girl tomorrow but can anyone recommend anythign they use to help make their nails stronger? oil, vitamins etc. They are in SUCH bad shape right now....

Oh crap that SUCKKKKKKS!!! Go buy some Nailtiques - it's pricey, don't be shocked, but it's the ONLY thing that helps my nails! I used to wrap them in acrylic cuz they never ever grew, but then I took off the acrylic in 2000 or so and have never gone back! Nailtiques all the way (oh and don't bother with the cheaper brand, Nailtek, that never worked for me).

my absolute favorite stuff of all time is Nailtique(NOT nail-tech)...the stuff is absolutely amazing. it's the only thing that would grow & vitalize my nails where u could see a MAJOR difference within a week! the only thing that worried me is that u said ur nails are peeling really bad....if the peels are super deep(like almost down to the bed) then i'd be careful...'cause nailtique has some heavy duty chemicals in it. but other than that i think it's the best nail stuff out there. SERIOUSLY AMAZING!

I bought it and started using it last night. I thought the lil bottle said 8.99 on the shelf and went 'Pft thats not NOT that pricey' lmao. I had to blink a few times though when the salesgirl said 16.99+tax. OUTRAGEOUS! But I'm trusting ya girls. If it works I don't care. They are in such bad shape right now. The stupid witch FILED them down so much that now that my nails are growing, you see how low the old top layer is cause the new one is HIGHER!
