If you could pay to have all your pictures on a CD I would do it. You can always give it to another album designer who can do wonders with all the imaging software thats out there.

ooohh nooo!! i say fight for it till its how you want it! dont settle!!! and it sounds like you are already unhappy with the photographer in general! so dont feel bad about being a pain in the a$$ in order to get what you want! after they finish it you will never have to deal with them again!

I cant get on FB at work! They allow us very little communication with the outside world.

Dont fret....it will all work out! Just take a breather and try and cool down.

Who is your photographer, and are they a small/large company? Did they go against anything that was stated in the contract? Like were you aware that you were only allowed 30 pics? What I would do is make an appointment to sit down with them and go over everything with them. I would also draft a letter to the owner. I would discuss what was expected of their services and the quality of their work (meaning to put the album together-im sure the pics are gorgeous). Then, depending on how that goes, have them redo the album for you the way you would like it - since you already paid them to do it -and then dont leave until they give you all of your proofs on a cd. I know my friend's photo didnt give her the cd until everything was done - album and video. You can then make thousands of albums!!!!

I too only had a choice of 30 pics (out of 695). Still waiting for my album proof
