Update: So we are going to defrost our cake after all...

I wasn't going to. I was kind of scared to try it, thinking it might be freezer burned or taste bad. But we are going to have a tiny bit after all.

I was scared too, but it turned out just fine.

Oh, good. I am a bit scared myself. But I am going to try a tiny bit. DH doesn't want to, hopefully, I can convince him.

I may not get around to eating it on the day of our anniversary, b/c we are going to be in the city all day. Has anyone eatten it the day after, or is that taboo?

we're going to eat eat next week on our 1 month! that cake was TOO good and it will be a crime to not have it

I was so good!!! I am so glad we tried it! DH had a tiny bit and I had a small piece. I was really surprised how good it tasted, even the canoli filling tasted great!
